The No.106 Earl Grey is a classic black tea with slight citrus and floral notes. With passion fruit and cinnamon, you’re definitely in for an amazingly tropical treat!
Heat the tea to 85°C. Are you using tap water? Boil the tea to 100°C and allow to cool until its reached 85°C. Meanwhile, crush the cinnamon stick in smaller pieces.
Leave the tea to steep for 2 minutes, together with the passion fruit and the crushed cinnamon. Sieve the tea and immediately add the 250g of ice cubes so the tea cools down quicker.
Serve the ice tea in a cooled glass, with ice cubes and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
