No.106 Earl Grey - Icetea with passionfruit and cinnamon
The No.106 Earl Grey is a classic black tea with slight citrus and floral notes. With passion fruit and cinnamon, you’re definitely in for an amazingly tropical treat!
Chai literally means tea. You sometimes see it as Masala Chai (means herbal tea) or Chai Latte (milk tea). Amazing on a cold winter day.
Ingredients:
- 150 ml milk (cow, almond, coconut, oat, soy)
- 50 ml water
- 10 gr No.028 Chai
- Teaspoon coconut blossom sugar
- Fresh ginger
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
Prepare
Milk, ginger, cinnamon and sugar
Pour the milk in a saucepan. Cut a couple pieces ginger and add this together with the coconut blossom sugar and one cinnamonstick to the milk.
Fire
Place the pan on a middle high fire and bring it to boil.
Add Chai
When the milk bubbles, add the Chai.
2 minutes
Leave it boiling for 2 minutes on low fire.
Sieve
Pour the milk trough a sieve into a glass or a cup.
Serve:
Grate some nutmeg and cinnamon into your glass or cup.
Extra: add a bit of Bourbon Whiskey.
