No.029 Rooibos Juniper Berries Cardamom Halloween Cinnamon

Trick or Treat! With this recipe you don't need to do a lot to be a little bit scary. Don't want to go on the streets with a scary mask? Make this hot tea and you will fit in perfectly without leaving the couch!

Ingredients:

  • 2 grams No.029 Rooibos
  • 160 ml water
  • 5 jupiner berries
  • 4 bruised cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 fake plastic eye

Prepare:

Weigh

Weigh 2 grams of Rooibos and 160 ml of water.

Add to the Teamaker

Put the 2 grams of Rooibos, the 5 juniper berries and the 4 bruised cardamom in the Teamaker. Add 160 ml hot water and let it rest for 2 minutes.

Sieve

After 2 minutes, sieve everything by placing the Teamaker on a transparant glass.

Serve:

Garnish the tea by placing one cinnamon stick and a fake plastic eye in de glass.
