No.015 White Sandakphu is a white tea with a full body. By adding the citrus-like flavour of the grapefruit and garnishing with mint, this will be your favourite icetea in no time!
Heat the water to 95 °C. Are you using tap water? Boil the water to 100°C and allow to cool until its reached 95°C. Meanwhile, you can peel the grapefruit and cut it into slices.
Leave the tea to seep for 2 minutes, together with the grapefruit. Sieve the tea and add the 250 ice cubes; this will allow the tea to cool down quicker.
Serve:
Serve the tea with a good amount of ice cubes, in a cooled glass, and garnish with mint!
